What you’ll deliver
• You’ll design and manage leadership development programmes right across the organisation.
• Career pathways will be down to you too – you’ll facilitate career mobility and progression.
• Working closely with the Assessment and Development team will inform your plans.
• It will mean supporting business partners and line managers through advice and guidance.
• We’ll depend on your to evaluate your leadership development initiatives and report on your progress.
• You’ll create opportunities for career development through managing assignments, shadowing and succession planning.
• Professional qualifications are often a part of developing leaders, and you’ll liaise with those stakeholders.

Requirements

• Your strong customer orientation will be key, just as it is for all your colleagues.
• You’ll also have well-developed skills in problem solving, influencing and negotiating.
• You should have a degree in HR Management or Psychology, while a Masters in Occupational Psychology would be ideal.
• You’ll be comfortable working at senior level and across functions.
• You’ll have at least 5 years’ experience in managing teams and delivering leadership development projects.
• Your knowledge will span everything from leadership development to career pathways and qualification frameworks.
• We’ll also look for innovation and creativity, and an appreciation of airport operations.
