Job description / Role
Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for managing all new developments with full P&L responsibility from acquisition to handover, including managing design, delivery, PM, FM, sales and leasing.
You will lead a team on design, financial and procurement strategies to ensure all business cases meet stakeholder standards. Your pipeline will be a diverse portfolio of high value mixed use projects which will be your responsibility throughout the entire development process, including master planning, consultant and contractor appointment, feasibility and ultimately project execution on technical procedures.
Requirements
The successful candidate should ideally come from an architectural background, however it is essential you are well versed on both business and design development. You should have direct experience within the real estate sector managing a complex portfolio of projects from the client side, ideally within the GCC. Experience taking projects from concept through to handover would be a distinct advantage.
