Job description / Role
A large Real Estate Developer in Dubai requires an Executive Director to manage FM, Leasing and Development to ensure smooth commercial operations of my client's property assets.
Client is a Real Estate Developer with a large, diverse portfolio of successful assets. Also present is a strong pipeline of upcoming developments, ensuring strong future growth for the business.
The Executive Director is required to;
- Manage the facilities management teams across the portfolio
- Manage the leasing teams across the portfolio
- Manage the development teams across the portfolio
- Have strong IT and systems skills
- Ensure smooth commercial operations across all assets

Requirements
- Facilities management experience within Real Estate
- Leasing experience within real estate
- Property development experience within Real Estate

- Strong client side real estate experience
