Executive - Engineering Services

Job description / Role

Job Purpose:

• Ensure delivery of services as per SLAs and client expectations through effective planning, coordination and implementation of maintenance plans.
• Provide Electrical/ Mechanical/ Plumbing/ Low Voltage advice and resolve any work related issues which affect the working conditions of the client’s property. • To ensure that all MEP systems are working at their optimal capacity.

Key Accountability:

Work plan
• Check all work being done by contractor.
• Make sure the work is done as per agreed method.

Supervision
• Supervise the contractor at all times.
• Continuously check work to ensure quality of work.
• Ensure that workers abide 100% compliance in grooming, appearance, and uniform of staff and ensure no complaints from tenants.

Workload review
• Weekly review of manpower requirement vs. task requirement to ensure that effective manpower utilization is done to meet customer requirements.

Operations
• Carry out routine work check to ensure that quality of services meets the service level agreements and excels key performance indicators
• Ensure proactive filing/ housekeeping is done and all records are in order.

Reporting
• Give reports to line manager to allow him to submit his weekly/monthly report to senior management

Requirements

• Relevant Engineering qualification, preferably diploma in engineering discipline
• At least 6-8 years of experience in facilities management
• SLA knowledge , contract review and quantity knowledge
• Quality Inspection and Eye of Customer Care
• People management
