Job description / Role
Purpose: To provide efficient, customized and personalized services overseeing a team of multiple disciplines
Accountable for operations of following areas within assigned Facilities:
• Kitchen and Food Stores
• Housekeeping & Laundry
• Maintenance & Appearance
• Quality & Comfort
• Cost
• Safety
• Guest Services
• Performance Monitoring, Training & Succession Planning
• Sub-Contracted Services
• Problem Solving
• Management of Change
• Event Management
• Leadership
• Coordination and Liaison
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years related experience in 5 star hotels or the like.
• Knowledge of U.A.E. culture, customs, cuisine, and traditions
• Excellent English Language.
• Mush have problem Solving & Decision Making skills.
• Must know how to train and Coach.
• Computer Literate - Expert level MS Office.
• Preferably Female
