Executive Housekeeper

Reporting to Cluster Director of Housekeeping, he/she will manager all housekeeping and laundry staff. Responds to and services guest's needs in a friendly, courteous and efficient manner. Responsible for the inventory of all amenities and guest supplies needed by the housekeeping staff. Plans and assigns all housekeeping work.

What you will be doing:

- Consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow associates
- Supports the Cluster Director of Housekeeping in the daily operation
- Work according to the Accor values and mission.
- To keep the rooms and public areas in clean and hygienic conditions according to the policy & procedure set by the hotel
- Establish and/or implement operating procedures and standards
- Plan and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and team
- Coordinate inspection or inspect assigned areas to ensure standards are met
- Apply human resource management skills, such as hiring, training, scheduling and evaluating performance
- Complete financial management tasks, such as setting and adhering to a budget
- Handle administrative tasks
- Distribute and delegate workload to guarantee maximum productivity and guest satisfaction with minimum outlay of expenses in terms of labor and materials.
- Monitor house count and make staffing adjustments accordingly.
- Other relevant tasks as assigned by the immediate reporting line.

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow heartists as part of a team
