Job Description
- Greet and assist guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Ensure the executive lounge is impeccably clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to hotel standards.
- Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently and courteously.
- Provide guests with information about hotel services, local attractions, and events.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures for executive guests as needed.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs and exceed their expectations.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
- Uphold the hotel's standards of excellence and adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar role in a 5 star hotel.
- Experience in a 5 Star hotel , preferably in a food & beverage services role.
- Flexibility to take on various shifts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
