Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are looking for candidates to develop and manage local, regional and international cultural relations to support the foundation's cultural diplomacy strategy.
To develop, manage and oversee Business Development & Sponsorship opportunities to support the client by offering value for returns on corporate social responsibility investments to participating companies and individuals; securing and stewarding funding at the highest level from corporate partners.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement business strategies that maintain existing sponsorship and increase potential for new sponsorship
• Identify client needs and re-energize relationships to ensure maximum annual revenue
• Research of marketplace for business development and sponsorship opportunities
• Liaise with relevant departments around project specific partnerships and assert the business case for corporate support
• Coordinate all sponsorship and partnership development functions and resources, ensuring that all functions are executed efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner
• Develop execute and monitor the function, goals, objectives and programmes of business and sponsorship development
• Develop sponsorship decks for prospective sponsors as well as renewals
• Deliver key business and sponsorship messaging and share sponsorship deliverable requirements with all department managers
• Review annual sponsorship financial targets in conjunction with Executive Director and Financial Committee
• Update Executive Director and Finance Committee on program and status of sponsorships

Salary:
AED 33,000 to 35,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Preferred qualifications:
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in either Business management or Arts and Culture is preferred

Preferred Experience:
• Minimum 5 years or more of solid relevant experience in Cultural Affairs, Business Development, Sales and Marketing or Arts & Cultural sector organization
