We are looking for an Executive Management Assistant to support 4 executive board members of a multinational company in Oil & Gas sector in Abu Dhabi.

- Act as management’s first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organization.
- Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
- Arranging travel, visas and accommodation.
- Taking notes or dictation at meetings and to provide general assistance during presentations.
- Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
- Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the management board.
- Carrying out background research and presenting findings as required.
- Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the management board are well prepared for the meetings.
- Liaising with Clients, suppliers, and other staff.
- Ensure to follow established policies, procedures, or particular instructions.
- Assist in preparing management presentations, meetings with personnel and external visitors and receive external visitors of the management board.
- Initiate and coordinate the preparation of company brochures, website, promotional campaigns, trade fairs and provide physical assistance in close consultation with the relevant department of the head office and the company’s management board.

Requirements

- Candidate must be residing in UAE and willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi (if residing in other emirates)
- Candidate must be confident to perform below duties/responsibilities with 3 to 5 years track record of similar UAE experience.
- Must possess a degree in any discipline
- Aged between 25- 35 years old
- Knowledge of Management support and Marketing with strong command of English.

We prefer candidates with experience in Oil & Gas , Engineering and Construction
