Job description / Role
- Support the director in managing effectively all administration and operational activities of the department including small adhoc projects whilst maintaining professional standards, confidentiality and integrity at times to all activities in the department.
- To assist the Director of Organizational performance in leading the organizational quality and performance initiatives that guides all functions of the company to the achievement of its goals of programmatic and organizational excellence and in turn develops, manages, and integrates a comprehensive performance improvement program to achieve unprecedented results in quality, efficiency, safety, satisfaction and value for functional areas.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Knowledge about business process analysis
- Ability to diagnose the performance of an organization and identify solutions to business issues.
- Skilled in change management.
- Knowledge of survey/assessment design.
- Good Knowledge of excel and power point.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Candidates Visa must be sponsored by father / spouse issued in Dubai.
