Job description / Role
Our client is a successful and established law firm based in Abu Dhabi.
This role requires a pro-active and professional EA who has proven experience of supporting at Board level as opposed to a PA who is looking to step up into an EA role. This versatile client-facing role includes a combination of the traditional EA at board level duties: Inbox Diary Management, making and coordinating meetings and appointments. booking meeting rooms, restaurants, taxis, communicating with clients, preparing meeting papers and presentations, minute-taking (once a week), project management, organizing events and collaboratively working alongside the Marketing/BD teams.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have hawk-like attention to detail, understand the need for confidentiality and discretion and have strong EA experience at senior level desirably from a law or litigation or dispute resolution industry background. This is a forward-thinking company that really appreciates ideas and opinions in order to improve the processes so an 'ideas’ person who can add real value would suit well here. Previous experience in the UK or Australia is a plus.
