Executive Resourcer and Team Admin Assistant

Job description / Role

Quest is looking for a brilliant Executive Resourcer and Team Admin Assistant to join our team in Dubai! You will be an integral part of the company by providing invaluable support to our London Office Retail team in candidate name gathering, candidate management, and database searching among others.

Work hours will mirror London Office’s timings: Mon – Fri, 11:30am – 09:00pm Dubai Time

Responsibilities:
• Source and select candidates from Job Boards and LinkedIn
• CV Bank searching and candidate database building
• Network and advertise jobs to potential candidates
• Analyze, interpret, and fully understand the job opening/position requirements
• Identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies
• Deal with candidates’ general queries

Requirements

Skills and background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Business, or similar field
• Open to candidates with at least 6 months experience that has strong recruitment internship background in a Recruitment Agency
• Ability to work under pressure, work with deadlines, multitask and self-motivate
• Experience in recruitment resourcing is highly preferred
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
