A leading global search firm are looking for a search consultant for their Dubai office. The role will encompass all aspects of search and the breath of the role will depend on the experience of the candidate. The company look for entrepreneurial candidates who enjoy the challenge of developing their own business but they will also consider candidates who are in an execution and delivery role at the moment and are looking to move into more of a client facing, business development role.
Requirements
You must have experience within executive search but it is not necessary that you are currently in the region. You are likely to be doing a similar role and looking for an environment where you will have more autonomy and flexibility. You are likely to be entrepreneurial and have the necessary skills to communicate at the highest levels having dealt with C-suite executives.
