Executive Secretary to Managing Director & CEO.
Responsibilities:
• Admin office support
• Translation of the documents English to French and conversely
• Arrangements of business trips (hotel, air tickets)
• Coordination with a suppliers etc
Salary:
AED
6,000 to 8,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience.
• Fluent in English & French languages.
• Another languages will be as an advantage.
• European nationalities only. Available immediately or in 1 month maximum.
• Responsible, able to work under the pressure, attentive to details, presentable, able to think "out of box"
