Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

An executive secretary for a well known Retail Jeweler in the UAE , The Daily Tasks will be:

- Answering phone calls
- Schedule meetings
- Communicate to Mall management Teams
- Communicate to the staff
- Assist the department heads with public communication either internally or externally
- Coordinate communication between departments

Salary:
AED 2,500 to 3,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Good looking presentable Female between the age of 20 and 30
- Bachelor's degree in business
- Good communication skills
- Great command of English language
- Native Arabic speaker
- Ability to multi task
- Ability to work under pressure
