Position Title: Executive Secretary
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 14,000 AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
The hiring company is one of the renowned FMCG company in the region, situated in Dubai, and involved in manufacturing, processing, marketing and distributing of different consumer goods.
Job Role:
• Responsible for ensuring that accurate and sufficient documentation exists to meet legal requirements
• Enable authorized persons to determine when, how, and by whom the board’s business was conducted
• Distribute the agenda for the Board of Directors
• Record and distribute minutes of all board meetings
• Manage subsidiaries book and other legal documents
• Ensure board’s policy manual/procedures are up to date
• Work with CEO to provide administrative support
Requirements
• Male / Female, 38 years old and below
• Open to any Arabic nationals
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law or any Business courses
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in same role preferably from listed or Public Joint Stock Companies
• Proficient in UAE laws, commercial laws and legal procedures
• Strong numerical and logical reasoning
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Fluency in English and Arabic
• Candidates must be physically available in the UAE
