Job description / Role
• Ensure that accurate and sufficient documentation exists to meet legal requirements
• Distribute the agenda for the Board of Directors
• Record and distribute minutes of all Board Meetings
• Manage subsidiaries book and other Legal documents
• Ensure Board’s policy manual/procedures are up to date
• Work with CEO to provide administrative support
Requirements
• Open to Arabic nationals
• 40 years old and below
• University Degree in Business/Law
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the same role, preferably from an FMCG company/PJSC is an advantage
• Must be knowledgeable in UAE Laws, Commercial Laws, and Legal procedures
• Strong numerical and logical reasoning
• Candidates who can start immediately will be prioritized
• Good communication skills
