Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Objectives: Provide personal administrative support to GGM and the company through conducting and organizing administrative duties and activities including receiving and handling information.

Main responsibilities:
• Taking New Inquiries
• Submitting offers to clients and following up
• Creating sales orders and communicating with the clients
• Releasing goods for the orders and communicating with warehouse team for the delivery instructions for smooth deliveries
• Assisting GGM and Management representatives for the sales
• The employee is obliged to perform other tasks/duties commissioned by the superior, regarding work

Number required: 1


University Qualifications: Any Bachelors Degree
Nature and length of previous experience: 1 year of UAE working experience
Nationality Preference: Filipino
Current Location: UAE

Soft Skills and Personality traits:
• Fluent in English reading/writing/communication
• MS Office
• ERP Software - SAP Preferable
