This opportunity is with a Multinational company based in Dubai, UAE.
As a Secretary, you will provide administrative support to the CEO Office overseeing his/her day to day activities: meetings, appointments, scheduling, coordination, and planning.
You will be reading, researching, and routing Arabic and English correspondence; drafting letters and documents and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications where applicable. You must be a quick professional with great time-management and multitasking abilities that will contribute to the efficiency of the overall business by ensuring all assigned administrative duties are carried on timely and efficiently
To be successful you would ideally possess 5+ years of administration and secretarial background, having good command in Arabic and the English language having a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial or relevant discipline.
