We have a rare opportunity with a leading US company, known for their outstanding corporate culture who are looking to hire an incredible Executive Services Coordinator.

This role is really a hybrid role, which will involve administrative support to senior staff, travel arrangements, arranging conference calls, so your standard admin support, however you will also be involved in proposals/contracts for leading projects across the region and just to add some fun, you will liaise corporate organisations to ensure proper approvals are in place for proposal submittals, etc. Lastly you will also be a people person that helps welcome new starts, assists with on-boarding and welcomes everyone! So the short version of this role is, you need strong admin skills, a great personality, happy to muck in where required and still have a corporate edge.

Requirements

The successful candidate should ideally have further education, a Degree would be preferred, but you will certainly need experience working in the UAE, as this role needs someone that knows how to get things done. You need be strong with your tech skills, not just updating your Instagram but savvy with MS Office, Salesforce/CRM systems, etc. Strong attention to detail, certainly have the ability to use spell check and be a multi-tasker are absolutely key. Exceptional English language skills are required and an amazing personality that enjoys being part of a cool team.
