Position Title: Executive Sous Chef
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client
A high end French fine dining restaurant in Abu Dhabi
Job Description:
• Monitor and ensure that company systems and standard operating procedures are met for all areas that directly report to him/her
• Oversee all aspects of commissary production and event execution
• Work closely with the Corporate Executive chef to assure standards are being met in all other aspects of the commissary operation
• Taste food and oversee kitchen staff throughout the cooking process, checking to make sure that elements of dishes are properly cooked and seasoned
• Make key decisions regarding a restaurant’s menu items and offerings
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Europeans, Westerns, and Asian nationals
• 40 years old and below
• Must have at least 3 years work experience in the same role
• Should have strong background with Mediterranean or French cuisines
• Michelin star chef will be an advantage
• Should have high-end find dining experience, or 5 star hotel experience
• Immediate joiners will be prioritize
