Position Title: Executive Sous Chef
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 10K AED depending on experience and qualifications, plus accommodation, duty meals, medical insurance, and daily transportation

About the Client:
An upscale 5 Star hotel based in Deira Dubai
Job Description:
- Assisting the Executive Chef in menu planning and recipe development, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
- Supervising the kitchen staff and ensuring that they are properly trained, motivated, and following all sanitation and safety guidelines.
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
- Assisting in the management of food inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
- Ensuring that all dishes are prepared and served in a timely manner and are consistent with the hotel's standards of excellence
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Open to Filipino nationals
- 45 years old and below
- At least 2-year straight experience as an Executive Sous Chef from 4-star or 5-star hotel
- Must have an experience on multi cuisine/international cuisine restaurant coming from 4-star or 5-star hotel
