Job description / Role
Executive Sous Chef up to 15k Aed for a Fine Dining Restaurant in Abu Dhabi
• Maintain links with the Group's catering department
• Maintain direct internal and external relationships (cooking demonstrations, exam corrections, competitions, reports, cooking classes, etc.)
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, planning and organization, and analytical skills
• Excellent leadership skills
• Performs task accurately and efficiently
Requirements
• POSITION: EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF
• SALARY: up to 15,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
• HIRING COMPANY: Fine Dining Restaurant
• WORK LOCATION: Abu Dhabi, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Can join by November 15, 2019
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to ANY nationality
• Male or Female, below 35 years old
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Degree in Culinary Arts or any related certificate is a must
• Minimum 5 years in kitchen management
• HACCP Certified or any PIC certificate is an advantage
• Strong exposure in a FRENCH CUISINE is a must
• Working experience in any Michelin Restaurant is an advantage
