Position Title: Executive Talent Management
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 20K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A government organization in Dubai

- Coordinate start dates for performance cycles, analyze results, report findings, and conduct workshops as needed.
- Identify and plan training needs, liaise with vendors, evaluate effectiveness, and manage logistics for training sessions.
- Organize succession review meetings and oversee related programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage documentation, reporting, and compliance with HR and information security policies while achieving departmental KPIs.

- Open to UAE National
- Male, 40 years old and below
- Bachelor’s Deggree in Business Administration, HR Management, or Business Management
- Atleast 1 year of relevant experience; Fresh graduates are open to apply
- Must have Family book
- Should have completed National Service.

Salary:
AED 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
