Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working exclusively with an exciting global organisation within the culture and arts industry who is looking to hire a Project Manager who has previous experience in exhibitions.
In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the entire costing, design, development, and delivery of a number of temporary pavilion Exhibitions. You will work closely with internal resources and third party vendors to ensure flawless execution, delivery on time, and within the specification and budget given. You will review proposed exhibition design drawings, assess the material and technological requirements, and provide continuous cost tracking to ensure the project is delivered within the budget set. You must be confident in reviewing CAD drawings, renderings, fit out documents, and boards. It will also be your responsibility to take projects from concept stage to completion whilst effectively managing your time and multiple priorities.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years UAE Exhibition experience. It is an essential requirement that candidates have prior experience in tender processing and are able to sell design to clients/stakeholders. The successful candidate must possess excellent verbal and written English skills.
