Job description / Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Sales & Account Manager to join our sales development team in our Dubai office, situated in UAE.
Your role would involve an element of sales and new business, the majority of the role will be client management (a-z) discussing their needs, design concepts, working with the in-house design team, coordinating feedback and change requests. Overseeing the project until sign off and then maintaining the b2b relationship. This role focused on to bring in new business and new projects for the company - requires someone confident, someone, who is results driven and confident in sales and relationship building. This role will have a commission and bonus incentive.
Requirements
Core Responsibilities:
• Analyze the quality of lead, before submitting the proposal.
• Managing quarter individual target.
• Making phone calls & visiting potential clients to develop business leads.
• Preparing quotes and securing approval before sending to clients.
• Liaise with design and production department heads to get the project going.
• Negotiate and close the sales contracts while marinating maximum profitability.
• Following up clients for up-selling and maintaining the fruitful business relationship.
• Making sure that client has credited full value of the invoice.
Skills:
• Ability to communicate clearly and write in English. (Additional languages would be advantageous).
• Knowledge of programs such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Google is imperative.
• Confidence and strong personality are key factors.
Experience:
• Minimum 3 years' experience in sales and business development in Exhibitions & Events industry in UAE.
Education:
• Diploma as a minimum.
Candidate Profile:
• Currently living in the UAE.
• Fluent in English – must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
• Driving Licence.
