Job Description & Summary

The PwC Dubai Experience Centre team is expanding and we are looking for someone who's an all rounder: a creative designer, a public speaker and an events manager. Opened in September 2020, the Experience Centre is our new space for co-creation and innovation where we imagine, design and build digital tools and experiences - it's part of a global network of Experience Centres, and it's the latest addition to the network.

The role is a Manager role that covers designing and executing creative briefs for key strategic and immersive events' experiences, leading all events' vendors' relationships and managing key tours at the Experience Centre dealing directly with clients and senior internal stakeholders.

Primary duties and responsibilities

Creative design of experiences:

- Develop the creative briefs for events' experiences in the Experience Centre, including storyboarding and ideating with the respective team members from different PwC Lines of Service (LoS) to deliver an interactive and engaging workshop/ event experience
- Manage the end to end experience, design and execution of key events/design thinking workshops/visits to the Experience Centre. This includes designing and personalizing the end to end journey of visitors, from check-in all the way to exiting the building - achieving unique and engaging experiences across different mediums (video, pictures, props, printouts, etc.)
- Be the creative mind behind key personalized and digital experiences that are presented to clients, bringing innovation & creativity to all clients' visits
- Supervise the end to end execution of the event on the ground
- Facilitate some activities in key workshops (such as ice breakers) as needed
- Be the direct point of contact and liaise with vendors & suppliers (catering, production houses, agencies, etc.) and internal PwC stakeholders (operations, logistics, AV, etc.) who are planning the respective event - to ensure the success of events/tours

Experience Centre tours:

- Manage Experience Centre tours by facilitating the discussion directly with internal stakeholders and external senior clients, and tailoring the conversation to the key industry/sector of the client. This will enhance client relationships to differentiate PwC's offerings as a firm, directly contributing to additional opportunities' wins
- Flexible and smart public speaker, able to talk about the Experience Centre space and digital capabilities with senior stakeholders and also able to market emerging tech demo's if need be
- Prepare all demo's, background checks on client and visual content for every tour across the Experience Centre spaces (from The Difference, Studio, Workshop, Usability Testing Lab, Delta, to the Theatre)
- Orchestrate the tour planning process communicating with multiple stakeholders required to present digital and tech demo's/tools in front of visitors - and ensuring all goes smoothly on the day

Requirements

Requirements:

- Minimum 6 years of experience, with at least 2 years experience in events management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deep knowledge of PwC services, clients, industries and sectors
- Public Speaker
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite tools - basic knowledge of at least Illustrator and Photoshop
- Creative mindset, thinking outside the box
- Digital and tech savvy is a plus
- Arabic language is a plus
- Based in Dubai
