Employment: Full Time

Our client is an international Law Firm who is looking to hire a qualified Construction Disputes Paralegal to join the established team. This is a role where first impressions count as you will be working alongside senior management and with clients delivering company secretarial services to the clients supplementing partner and fee earners’ service.

You will be provide a bespoke service tailored to clients’ requirements and your key responsibilities will include assisting and advising clients with the correct procedure and incorporation of companies, reviewing and drafting various commercial agreements as well as legal contracts and drafting resolutions and corporate approvals. You will also be responsible for maintaining confidential files and records at all times.

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the same job title. You will be a professional and well organised individual who is commercially astute, able to work to deadlines and accurately under pressure. You will possess a positive approach with strong team skills being imperative along with having a high attention to detail. The successful candidate will be mature and pragmatic with the ability to communicate at all levels. CV’s will be received in confidence.
