We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Real Estate Agent - MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN DUBAI.

Please note this role is COMMISSION ONLY.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing secondary market properties within Dubai.
- Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, buyers, and other real estate professionals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with clients to build lasting relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions.

- Proven experience as a real estate agent specializing in Dubai's secondary property market.
- Strong understanding of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends in Dubai.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
- Valid real estate license and compliance with all local regulatory requirements.
