We are Dubai’s Luxury Brokerage and are looking for a talented and hardworking individual who can add significant value to management team.

Job Description:

• Taking the Management lead for the Off-Plan Sales function.
• Helping team members to reach their full sales potential is the main objective of an Off-plan Sales Director, and the ability to support and motivate sales agents is essential to success at this job.
• Planning and implementation of sales objectives and evaluation of sales performance to ensure goal accomplishment.
• Expanding and developing the existing team to increase headcount and revenues.
• Develop effective training programs that teach agents how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, secure financing and complete paperwork for the sale.
• Maintain Developer Client Relationships.
• Stay Informed and add value to the Real Estate Industry.
• Attend meetings, seminars and conferences to expand industry knowledge and develop professional networks.

Requirements

What we require:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience of the UAE Off-Plan real estate industry, along with commensurate and demonstrable experience of managing a off-plan team
• World class sales skills
• Management and leadership experience
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic
• Professional, organized, honest and presentable
• Can speak and write English fluently
• Valid U.A.E driving license
