Candour Real Estate Broker LLC is expanding and we’re looking for driven, passionate, and results-oriented Real Estate Agents to join our high-performing team.

Responsibilities:
- Actively source and connect with potential property buyers and sellers to generate leads.
- Conduct property viewings and provide clients with detailed information about listings.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals successfully, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with local real estate market trends, pricing, and regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and present real estate proposals and market analysis to clients.
- Manage client documentation and transaction records accurately and efficiently.

- Minimum 1 years of proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in the UAE market, preferably Dubai.
- Strong knowledge of the local property market, including laws and regulations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a goal-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
- Ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM and real estate listing platforms.
