What you'll be doing at AQARCO

• Connect with clients to understand their specific property needs
• Schedule and conduct property viewings — both residential and commercial
• Attend developer briefings and stay up to date on new off-plan project launches
• Track market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activity
• Build strong, long-term client relationships for referrals and repeat business
• Lead property negotiations and close deals with confidence
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote listings effectively
• Consistently achieve — and exceed — your sales targets

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate or a similar sales field
• Deep knowledge of the Dubai property market and valuation processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)
• Proven track record in closing deals and managing client expectations
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly professional
• Proficient with CRMs and real estate platforms (Property Finder, Bayut, etc.)
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
