Export Sales Coordinator

Job Description:
- Manage the end-to-end sales documentation process, including preparation of quotations, pro-forma invoices, purchase orders, sales orders, delivery notes, and tax invoices in line with client requirements.
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Laboratory, Production, and Stores teams to track sample requests, monitor stock availability, and ensure timely processing of orders.
- Oversee material and inventory transactions, including MRN, costing, and stock allocation, while maintaining accurate records for reporting and compliance.
- Provide ongoing operational and administrative support to senior management, ensuring seamless workflow and adherence to company policies.

Salary: up to 4.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

A global Petrochemical Group of Companies that trades and manufactures a wide array of paints and coating products.

Qualifications:
- 35 years old and below
- Must have Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or sales coordination within manufacturing, trading, or related industries.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAGE preferred), with readiness to join immediately.

Salary:
AED 4,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
