Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• To Generate, Plan, Guide and perform day to day export sales tasks and distribution activities.
• Identifying and developing opportunities in new areas and channels on international market (export).
• Prepare sales targets & marketing budgets in liaising with other in charge managers.
• Manage and train export sales team to achieve targets and to ensure best practices on sales and distribution activities.
• Watch and Monitor competitor’s activities, study the market trends, plan and lead initiatives to overcome competitors and keeping up with market trends, suggest and launch new SKU’s, plan market activation events and prepare proper action plans.
• Maintain and submit daily, weekly, monthly and annual sales forecasts, budgets, reports and analysis.
• Coordination with other departments heads to ensure the maximum performance of sales team.
• To maintain proper records & activities of sales operations according to ISO22000, HACCP standards, local regulations and federal laws.
• To keep the Brand on top of all and increase the brand awareness to ensure big market share and a well know brand Image in liaison with Brand Manager
• Build strong and active relations with distributors personnel to ensure customers satisfaction.
• Monitoring Customers Debts and Implement Company’s collection policy accurately.
• To perform any assignments may be given to you by company top management.

Requirements

• University degree from a well-respected university “Bachelor’s”

Required experience:
• B2B Sales: 5+ years
• International Sales: 5+ years

Key skills and experience
• B2B Sales strategy and execution
• Candidates must have held the title of Sales Director or Sales Manager
• International sales experience
• Developing short- and long-term international sales plans in support of organizational strategy and objectives.
• Directing implementation and execution of sales policies and practices.
• Highly skilled and a team player.

Salary: AED 20,000 Inclusive of all Allowances.

Over 25 years ago, the idea of a camel-milking facility was born at the Central Veterinary Research Laboratory (CVRL) in Dubai. Research commenced with the specific aim to obtain scientific proof of the outstanding health benefits of camel milk. The ultimate goal was to introduce camel milk to the markets and by doing so, to make it accessible to a large number of consumers.

After the completion of the research in 2003, Emirates Industry for Camel Milk & Products (EICMP) was established. By 2006, the milk production facility was completed and the first camel milk products under the brand name Camelicious hit the UAE shelves in August of the same year.

With technology up to latest standards and 4,000+ camels, EICMP runs the most advanced and first fully integrated camel milk production facility in the world. The EICMP processing facility, housed within the camel farm, is the world’s first sophisticated camel milking plant, incorporating state-of-the-art technology and camel research.

The milk production at the EICMP facilities is closely monitored matching highest international standards. The operation obtained ISO 22000 certification for both, the farm facilities and the dairy processing, and follows HACCP procedures. The whole operation fulfills the strict EU requirements for export into the European Union.
