Position Title: Export Sales Manager
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 25,000 AED, all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE
About the Client:
The hiring company is one of the leading manufacturers and distributors.
Job Role:
• Direct and oversee an organization's sales policies, objectives and initiatives
• Set short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluate effectiveness of current sales programs
• Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential
Requirements
Requirements:
• Male, 45 years old and below
• Postgraduate in Sales and Marketing
• Minimum 5 years of similar work experience in the industry; or FMCG and Retail industry
• Must have experience in launching new brands in different regions / countries
• Strong experience in creating distribution network in different regions / countries
• Experience in contract manufacturing sales would be an added advantage
• Must be willing to travel
• Excellent communication skills (oral-written-listening)
• Key skills – effective time management, conflict management, decision-making ability, problem solving for mutually beneficial results, effective influencing, selling, and negotiation skills
