Position Title: Junior Export Sales Manager
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 12K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus quarterly commissions based on sales performance
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A Dubai based trading company for fast moving commodity goods

Job Description:
• Know the MENA markets; connect and develop to maintain, and grow an extensive network of prospects
• Open new markets: initiate first orders from new customers in countries we are not selling in
• Negotiate terms, monitor, and manage payments and grow sales to reach sales targets
• Manage the relationships with existing and new customers, ensure customer support to give them a positive experience as a partner distributor.
• Prepare and update sales forecasts reports as per agreed company standard process

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Open to Arabic nationals
• 45 y/o and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Management or Business Admin
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Middle East in the sales of B2B Consumable goods or International Business Development
• Minimum 2 years of vape OR shisha sales experience
• Skills in Sales negotiation: price, terms, MOQ (minimum order quantity)
• Good clear English and Arabic communication skills
