Employment: Full Time

Our client, a reputable group of companies who recently acquired a reputable cosmetic brand, is seeking to recruit a top-notch export sales & manager to be based in Dubai and handle the company B2B sales to export market. He should be able to demonstrate hands-on experience in export sales function gained from being working with reputable luxurious cosmetic brands.

Reporting to the company managing director, the incumbent is responsible generating sales from the assigned export market. In line with the overall business plan, the job holder will be fully accountable for developing and executing short as well as long term Sales Plan that reinforce the company’s presence within the target market as well as the firm bottom-line. Needless to state, that the plan should be comprehensive, applicable, creative, innovative and operational in a way that ensures long term profitability as well as business image and objectives. Accordingly, having a thorough understanding of the beauty-care products B2B business as well as distribution channels are a must for this role.

In addition, the incumbent needs to realize the sales’ pre-set target on continuous basis, monthly, quarterly and yearly. Also, he needs to ensure the target of his employees,

Requirements

• The ideal candidate is a sales professional who possesses a good number of years working within luxurious brands, beauty-care and cosmetic business out of which five years should be in a similar capacity.
• Able to identify new business opportunities as well as to maintain existing ones.
• Able to manage client by applying comprehensive client management scheme
• Follow-up with clients with continuous basis & professionally with an objective of retaining clients / repeat sales
• Offer the client all the sort of support required to retain them
• Able to identify new markets and able to penetrate them swiftly.
• Ability to identify competitors and monitor their operation on continuous basis by conducting competitive analysis reports
• Participate in concluding pricing scheme
• Possess full understanding related to the export process & life-cycle including local factor for each market.
• In addition, the job-holder should demonstrate a remarkable achievements and work experience gained from being with a well-recognized firm that operates in the same industry.
• In depth understanding about whole-sales/ trading life cycle is inevitable
• Hands-on experience in dealing with whole-sellers, retailers and institutions channels are must
• Ability to meet targets, KPIs and overall firm business-plan is a critical success factor for this role
• Possess in-depth understanding related wholesalers’ management and trading criteria,
• In addition, ability to educate wholesalers on complete distribution-channels such as storages, fleet management, people management, key-account management, merchandizing, shelves’ management and delivery channels etc.
• A critical attribute in the selection process will be a proven leadership qualities, communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to lead a sizable team of sales people is a must
