The Export Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the international market for GRC/GRP products. This is an individual contributor role and involves working closely with international distributors and customers to increase sales and market share.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in international markets especially UK, Europe, and Saudi Arabia
• Build and maintain relationships with key international distributors and customers in the industry
• Conduct market research to identify new international business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competition
• Create and manage budgets for export sales and marketing activities
• Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and export compliance, to ensure smooth operations
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to upper management
• Negotiate and close international sales deals
• Provide assistance with product technical specifications and compliance with international regulations
AED 18,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
• Bachelor's degree in international business, marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in export sales management, preferably in the GRC/GRP products industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and a second language
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Understanding of international trade regulations and compliance requirements
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed
