Position Title: F&B Dispatch Lead
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Description:
-Lead and supervise the Dispatch team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
-Oversee daily dispatch operations, including inventory control and proper storage in the chiller/ freezer.
-Ensure correct labelling, product rotation (FIFO), and HACCP documentation.
- Coordinate with the production team and sales for order processing and fulfilment.

Qualifications:
-Open to Asian Nationals
-High school or equivalent education required with top preference for Culinary or Apprenticeship Program
-Minimum of 2-3 years in a dispatch/warehouse and at least 1 year in a leadership role.
-Knowledge of HACCP, inventory management, and food safety is a must.

Salary:
AED 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
