What you will be doing:

As a F&B Coordinator your role will include such as:
- Organize Daily incoming Correspondence, make preliminary assesment and handle respond as appropriate
- Compose and prepare routine correspondence and prepare simple interpretation of documents and correspondence if requested
- Prepare, assemble and distribute various report and documents
- Recieve and screen all incoming telephone calls, provide and recieve information refers the matters to the appropriate person to handle
- Establish and Maintain various filing/Records/Database of Business contacts, Trace pending items and follow up as appropriate
- Arrange for various meeting and take minutes
- Function as an administrative link to ensure that all parties recieve the relevant information respectively
- Organize all necesarry documents needed by Director of F&B
- Handle the F&B Staff Attendance
- Maintains and Update the F&B Notice Board
- Ordering Office stationary supplies
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff
- Administer salaries and determine leave entitlements
- Involve in staff training and developement, staff assesment and promotions

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:
- With minimum 2 years experience in similar role
- Ability to mentor and develop teams
- Strong problem solving and organisational skills
- Good communication (written and oral)
