Job description / Role

Position Title: F&B Cost Controller
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 8K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Benefits: as per UAE labor law
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Description:
-Regularly track and analyze food and beverage costs to ensure they align with budgeted targets and profitability goals.
-Oversee the inventory of food and beverage supplies, ensuring stock levels are optimal, and minimize waste through efficient control processes.
-Assist in preparing and managing the F&B department’s budgets, while providing accurate forecasts on cost trends and necessary adjustments.
-Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms

Qualifications:
-Open to Asian nationals
-Male, 35 years and below
-At least 2 years prior experience in F&B cost control, accounting, or a similar financial role in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
-Must be degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 8,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
