F&B General Manager

Job description / Role

Quest is working with a large and successful company in the Middle East seeking for an F&B General Manager to join their team in Dubai. We are looking for someone innovative, with very strong leadership and strategic planning skills.

As an F&B General Manager, you will:

- Manage and oversee whole F&B operations
- Develop, innovate and execute creative food service
- Establish standards, policies, and procedures
- Ensure that all processes are aligned with these standards, policies, and procedures
- Gather feedback from management, guests, and customers
- Oversee budget, P&L, forecasts, and projections
- Oversee food quality, cleanliness, and safety
- Generate reports for Senior Management

Requirements

- At least 8 years relevant work experience in a similar role and capacity; very strong background in Hospitality, F&B, or Industrial Kitchen
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Strong experience in leading a team
- Very strong leadership skills, independent, and operations management
- Thrives in a fast paced environment
