We are recruiting a General Manager to head the operations of a F&B company in the UAE.
Client Details
Our client is an international coffeehouse-style café chain.
Description
* Strategic development of the brand within the UAE
* Lead the expansion and the openings of the new outlets
* Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
* Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
* Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
* Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
* Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
* Establish targets, KPI's, schedules, policies and procedures
* Comply with all health and safety regulations
* Report on management regarding sales results and productivity

Requirements
* Proven F&B management experience with in-depth knowledge of the UAE market
* Experience with International Brands
* Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
* Experience with business development and large scale expansion plans
* Excellent knowledge and experience in the Restaurant business
* Strong in leadership and managerial skills
* Strong skills in driving results
* Strong in people management and development
* At least Bachelor Degree in Business Management or Hotel Management or any related fields
* UAE experience is a must
