F&B Host / Hostess

About the Role
As an F&B Host/Hostess, you will be the face of our venue — greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring every guest feels valued from the moment they arrive. You’ll work closely with the service team to support smooth operations and deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
Warmly welcome guests and escort them to their tables.
Manage reservations, walk?ins, and seating plans efficiently.
Answer guest enquiries in a friendly, professional manner.
Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting reception area.
Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth table turnover.
Support guest flow during busy periods and assist with basic service needs.
Uphold high standards of hospitality and brand presentation.
Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care.

What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a restaurant, café, hotel, or F&B setting is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A warm, confident, and guest?focused approach.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable using reservation systems (training provided if needed).

Salary:
AED 3,000 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
