Job description / Role
As F&B Hostess you will greet our Guests as they enter a restaurant and show them to their seats. You will be the first and last impression of the Restaurant and therefore ensure that the Guests have a exceptional arrival and departure experience. The Hostess may also handle phone calls and Guest queries about the restaurant and menu, and assist various restaurant staff when necessary.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Europe as well as local experience in a high end restaurant. The ideal candidate would benefit from exposure to a fast paced environment.
- Presentable and Charismatic with a exceptional command of English both verbal and written.
