F & B Manager

Job description / Role

This opportunity is with a large Holding company involved in a diversified business activities.

As F & B Manager, you would be responsible for overall operation for the restaurant, hire staff, purchase food and stock, and make sure everyone is trained on proper food preparation, proper and legal alcoholic beverage service kitchen safety techniques and understand health standards. You will also be responsible in ensuring that company is represented correctly and that the company's standards are upheld.

Requirements

To be successful you would ideally possess 6-8 years of experience in Food and Beverage industry having 2-3 years’ experience in managing restaurants or food chains, preferably Arabic speakers.
