Position Title: F&B Operations Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 28K AED, all-inclusive depending on experience and qualification
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
About the Client:
Leading catering, restaurants, and cloud kitchen operator in Abu Dhabi
Job Description:
- Coordinate with Project manager regarding status of Staff allocation, any recruitment needs, procurement of supplies, etc.
- Interact with the whole team regularly to have a full understanding of customers feedback, delivery improvement, issues, and appropriate plans for project progress.
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant Hygiene and Safety legislation and requirements
- Review product range constantly to ensure that all key quality standards are maintained upon serving to customers
- Maintain the F&B Management invoices and journals, manage and monitor expenditure associated with catering equipment repair, manage the asset register, and assist in budget setting each business review with management
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 45 years old and below
- Diploma in business administration/management or any related courses
- At least 15 years of total experience in F&B industry and has been on the same role within GCC for at least 5 years
- Experience from catering companies or cloud kitchens is an advantage
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
