F&B Operations Manager

Job Description:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of F&B operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service across all outlets.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff, including servers, kitchen staff, and supervisors, to maintain high standards of service and productivity.
- Ensure all food and beverages meet quality standards, including taste, presentation, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and control operational costs, including labor, inventory, and waste, to meet financial goals and maximize profitability.
- Address customer feedback, resolve issues, and continuously improve service quality to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty

Position Title: F&B Operations Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 20K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
