F&B Operations Manager

About the Role
As the F&B Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our F&B venues, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and efficiency. You will lead and support the front?of?house and back?of?house teams, manage budgets, drive revenue, and uphold brand standards. This role requires a hands?on leader who can inspire teams, optimise processes, and deliver outstanding hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the full operations of all F&B outlets, ensuring smooth, efficient service.
• Lead, train, and motivate F&B teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and safety.
• Monitor financial performance, control costs, and support revenue growth.
• Manage staffing schedules, recruitment, onboarding, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to enhance menus and guest offerings.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and implement service improvements.
• Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and special events.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and oversee inventory management.

What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience as an F&B Operations Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of restaurant, café, or hotel F&B operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team?building skills.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and KPIs.
• Ability to multitask, problem?solve, and remain calm under pressure.
• High attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
• Professional, positive, and guest?focused approach.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance requirements.

Salary:
AED 9,000 to 11,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
