F&B - Operations manager (Arabic speaking)

Job description / Role

- Fully accountable business growth for GCC region.
- Responsible for delivering the brand plan and profitability.
- Help achieving financial objectives by anticipating requirements.
- Submit information for premises' budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, managing quality and monitoring cost control.
- Lead and develop the operations team to guarantee that all stores, staff and processes comply with the brand's identity. - follow up with new F&B developments &coordinate with local departments to improve financial performance.
- Assist in recruiting, training, motivating &evaluating his/her team to ensure that the department has the necessary skill base.
- Maximize their potential and contribution to the company.
- Direct the collection of data and preparation of consolidated reports related to the division while ensuring the provision of reliable inventory, cost control & financial data to support F&B Division.
- To partner with brands & cross-functional teams to grow, develop & innovate new product categories, new channels & expand points of distribution for the customer.
- To work closely with the Franchisors.
- To promote across markets, company & government policies, procedures/guidelines.
- To deliver exceptional service to both external and internal customers.
- Assist in locating &evaluating sites for new locations.
- Actively get involved in new stores' openings.

Requirements

- Strong track record of leading multi-site operations
- Multi-unit management experience or multiple markets or large F&B operations.
- Experience of operating in a high service premium brand environment in F&B space.
- Combining "Hands-On" operational experience and strong coaching skills.
- Must be able to lead.
- Ability to lead store opening programs & projects (store & market events, product launches & catering) is a significant plus.
- Able to lead high caliber, challenging teams.
- Excellent communication & influencing skills.
- Experienced in managing host brand and brand team relationships.
- Commercially astute and profit driven.
- Proven track record of delivering success through teamwork.
- Comfortable in managing a variety of cultures and nationalities.
- International work experience and outlook.
- Pref. Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management or related field
- Min 8 years of experience in F&B out of which 3-5 years in a managerial position
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
- Salary AED 17,000-19,000 (all inclusive)
